Join me for this beautiful two hour workshop where we will explore the basics of starting a meditation practice in the tradition of Patanjali. We will also explore the practice of meditative journaling.
The workshop with include:
A physical warm up, to prepare the body for meditation. We will explore intuitive movement and connecting movement with breath.
Finding a comfortable seat, trying out different prop options to find a seated asana for meditation that suits you.
Exploring meditative and reflective journaling: Mindful and intuitive writing practices. Starting a gratitude journal.
Sharing circle. There will be an opportunity at the end of the workshop to reflect both privately and openly with each other on your personal discoveries and any questions that arise as a result of your practice.
