BOOKING TERMS & PAYMENT POLICY
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Goddess Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Bayleaf Yoga Retreat.
“We” refers to Bayleaf Yoga.
“The Event“ refers to the retreat.
PAYMENT POLICY FOR RETREATS
A deposit of £75.00 is required to confirm your place at the event. 50% of the full payment is due by 1st December 2018. 100% of the full payment is due by 31st January 2019.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
We understand that unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip, Bayleaf Yoga has a flexible refund policy. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat or we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation 60+ days before the event date you receive 75% refund. 50% refund for cancellation 30-59 days before event. Cancellation 0-29 days before before or less no refund. No exceptions for illness of infirmity.
BAYLEAF YOGA CANCELLATION POLICY
While we hope never to have to cancel a retreat, if Bayleaf Yoga must cancel a booked retreat for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
Bayleaf Yoga is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
