CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Class start times: Please note, doors open 10 minutes before a scheduled class.

Personal belongings: Bayleaf Yoga cannot accept liability for any damaged, lost or stolen personal items. Please turn your mobile phones on silent and keep them with your personal belongings.

Please take your shoes off before entering a class/studio and place them in the storage area provided or at the side of the room.

Where we provide mats for your convenience and we appreciate you cleaning them at the end of class.

Your personal information: By booking with bayleafyoga.com (operated by Aquity Scheduling) you will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions. You may be asked to opt in to receive marketing communication from us. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

Bookings: Bookings can be made in advance and payment has to be provided at the time of booking. Due to the intimate nature of our classes drop in spaces are limited and priority will be given to students who book online. If you are having issues booking online please let us know and we can book a class for you.

Late arrivals: Late arrivals, after 10 minutes, will usually not be allowed entry in to the class but will still be charged. Your safety and wellbeing are paramount and missing the start of class means that you will miss instructions and warming up.

Cancellations: We operate a strict two hour cancellation policy for all our classes.

Block booked classes are non refundable, and non transferable once booked.

We know that sometimes the unexpected happens and we try to be flexible where we can. If you have extenuating circumstances please email ashley@bayleafyoga.com and if we can fill your space we will provide you with a class credit.

You may pass on your booking onto another student, as long as you notify us via email at ashley@bayleafyoga.com.

No refunds will be offered the day before or on the day of a class. In the event that a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a class credit, or the option to transfer to another class of equal value.

No shows: If you have a block booking your account will not be refunded if you fail to show up for a booked class.

HEALTH & INJURIES

By taking part in one of our classes you accept that neither the instructor, nor Bayleaf Yoga is liable for any injury, or damages, to person, resulting from the taking of a class.

It is the responsibility of the student to inform the teacher of any injuries or changes in health at the start of class. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention so if in doubt please consult a medical professional prior to beginning any activity programme such as yoga.

If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, you are advised to come out of the posture and notify the instructor. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.

It is the responsibility of the student to inform the teacher of any operations or surgical procedures in the past six months. If you are pregnant or have given birth within the last three months please inform the teacher at the start of class. Teachers have the right to refer students back to their GP – we are not being mean - this is for your own health & safety!
