£90 per session

Packages (recommended for consistency)

  • 4 sessions (1 month): £340 (£85/session)

  • 8 sessions (2 months): £650 (£81/session)

  • 12 sessions (3 months): £900 (£75/session)

About your teacher

Ashley came to yoga during a period of depression and anxiety, looking for stillness.

Bolstered by 8+ years teaching / 10+ years practice. What she found, and now uses to empower her clients, is a practice that supports:
